Some of the terminology explained:

Radiant Heating: Radiant heating systems are a space saving alternative to tradition wall mounted radiators and underfloor heating. Heat is typically radiated downwards, as it is from the Sun, using panels in the ceiling which warm the occupants of a room more than the air in the room. Due to the relatively low air currents produced by this style of heating it can be preferable in health institutions as a means of reducing the flow of airborne particles. Radiant heating is a popular choice wherever scalability and economy are important factors. Economy 7: This is a type of electricity tariff which essentially means you pay less for your electricity at night when demand elsewhere is low. It can be economically combined with night storage heating to provide efficient heating throughout the day.

Storage Heaters: Storage heaters do as their name suggests. They store heat in special blocks during the night which is then released controlably throughout the day before being reheated the following night.
