Whether your television has been damaged, has an intermittent fault or it is just plain broken. Call us to discuss the problem and arrange for an engineer to call, or click here for web booking. We will then contact you to make a suitable call day and time. Or if you prefer bring the product into our showrooms at Cradley Heath where our service departments are based we would be happy to receive it.
Wherever possible we will complete repairs in situ. But if not practical to repair in situ we can usually offer a temporary replacement while your television is in our own workshop facility. *
*If we don’t have replacement parts in stock we are confident that we can obtain them, as long as they are still available. We source most parts in the UK but for some products, such as for older products, parts may come from Germany and the Far East so repair times can be longer than expected.
